Project Objectives:
GoldGen aims to empower senior citizens to actively participate in Europe’s green and digital transition through inclusive education, sustainability awareness, and lifelong learning opportunities. The project objectives combine environmental responsibility, active ageing, and digital inclusion.
1. Promote Active Ageing through Lifelong Learning
GoldGen encourages senior citizens to remain active, engaged, and connected through meaningful educational opportunities. By participating in training activities, seniors strengthen their confidence, social participation, and personal development while maintaining an active role in their communities.
2. Increase Awareness of Sustainability and Circular Economy
The project helps older adults understand key sustainability concepts such as responsible consumption, reuse, recycling, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and environmentally conscious lifestyles. Seniors are empowered to make informed everyday choices that positively impact society and the planet.
3. Strengthen Digital Skills of Senior Citizens
